- Encouraged members to throw their hats into the ring for various positions
- Clarified that the positions needed to run a nonprofit are Secretary, Treasurer, and Director
- Motion made to allow a vote to remove an inactive member from their role as Healer
- Discussed that anyone in a position, including Officers and Executive positions are subject to removal by a ⅔ majority vote by membership or a unanimous Officers vote.

- Motion made to allow a vote to determine if the Charter should be ratified to ensure VCD’s neutral status. After explaining that neutral means formally not endorsing or denouncing public figures, but still offers the membership the ability to discuss within the Court, the motion passed
- Discussed filing the taxes to ensure it gets done before the cut off

- Why do we have a public chat on Discord and a locked members chat? Could that cause a disconnect?
- The public chat is like our public FB page and everyone can chat and interact, but the members chat that’s locked is to discuss Court stuff more privately and to joke around more so we don’t scare off the public before they meet us

- Officers are voted on every year and have a one-year term, just like the Director and Vice Director. Specialists hold their position forever unless they step down or a vote is held to remove them. Reasons for this could be 6 months of inactivity or failure to uphold their duties.
